Terms of Service

The agreement between you and DeepGyre.

1. The service

DeepGyre provides automated analytics over public blockchain data. Access to some features depends on your subscription plan.

2. No financial advice

Nothing on this platform is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Risk scores, labels and signals are automated heuristics and may be inaccurate. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Crypto assets are volatile and you can lose everything.

3. No warranty on data

The service is provided "as is". The figures are computed by DeepGyre's own engines over public chain and market data, and can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability.

4. Your account

• You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials secure.
• One account per person; do not share credentials.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You may not: scrape or resell the data or API beyond your plan's limits; attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication or plan restrictions; probe or attack the infrastructure; or use the service to facilitate unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Subscriptions and payments

• Plans and prices are shown in-app before you pay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically from your platform balance until cancelled.
• Crypto payments are irreversible. Send only to the deposit address shown in your account, on the exact network specified — funds sent on the wrong network cannot be recovered.
• Cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

6a. Referral program

• A referrer earns 20% of each subscription payment made by a person who signed up with their code, for 12 months from that person's signup — the amount actually charged, after any promotion or discount. Vouchers and gifted plans earn nothing.
• Each commission is pending for 30 days. A refund or chargeback of the payment reverses it; if it was already spent, the unrecovered amount is recorded against the referrer.
• Once its 30 days have passed, commission is platform balance: it pays for plans and can be withdrawn as stablecoin on the platform's payment network. Every withdrawal limit, review and pause applies to it as to any balance; a commission still pending cannot be withdrawn.
• The person referred gets 10% off their first paid plan, applied by the platform at purchase.
• A referrer's first paid referral, once its 30 days have passed, unlocks 30 days of Pro once; a referrer already on a higher plan has that plan extended by the same number of days instead.
• Points (separate from commission) are worth a fixed $0.001 each (1,000 points = $1) and can be converted to platform balance that pays for plans; they cannot be withdrawn. Converting is optional. Points you keep instead of converting count toward any future DeepGyre community reward or airdrop, should one ever happen. DeepGyre has no token today and makes no promise that one will exist; points have no value outside the platform until they are converted.
• Referring yourself, or accounts you control, is refused; suspected abuse freezes rewards and commission until a person reviews it.
• Rates may change; a change applies to future payments only.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

9. Governing law

The operator's registered jurisdiction is not published yet, although real-money payments are open. It will be published here; the gap is stated rather than filled with a stand-in.
