Terms of Service

The agreement between you and BlockShield.

1. The service

BlockShield provides automated analytics over public blockchain data. Access to some features depends on your subscription plan.

2. No financial advice

Nothing on this platform is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Risk scores, labels and signals are automated heuristics and may be inaccurate. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Crypto assets are volatile and you can lose everything.

3. No warranty on data

The service is provided "as is". Data comes from third-party sources that may be delayed, incomplete, rate-limited or wrong. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability.

4. Your account

• You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials secure.
• One account per person; do not share credentials.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You may not: scrape or resell the data or API beyond your plan's limits; attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication or plan restrictions; probe or attack the infrastructure; or use the service to facilitate unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Subscriptions and payments

• Plans and prices are shown in-app before you pay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically from your platform balance until cancelled.
• Crypto payments are irreversible. Send only to the deposit address shown in your account, on the exact network specified — funds sent on the wrong network cannot be recovered.
• Cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of not published yet.
